This policy explains what information LENZ collects through this website (lenzphotos.com), why, and how it's handled. It covers this website only — not information Sarah Lenz collects separately during a photography or video project (for example, on a paper contract or a booking call).

Information collected through the contact form

When you submit the inquiry form on the Contact page, LENZ collects:

• Name
• Company or business name, if provided
• Email address
• Phone number, if provided
• Project type (Commercial, Branding, Aerial, or General Inquiry)
• Project location/city, if provided
• The project details you write in

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and plan a potential project. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or marketing to you beyond replying to what you submitted.

The form also includes a hidden field that legitimate visitors never see or fill in — it exists only to catch automated spam and isn't used to collect information about you.

Real estate booking

"Book Real Estate" links on this site take you to LENZ's real estate ordering system, operated by a third party (HDPhotoHub), on their own domain. Information you submit there is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — things like total visits, which pages are viewed, and general referral/location trends. It's cookieless: it doesn't use tracking cookies or build an individual profile of you across visits or other sites.

Who processes this information

Form submissions and site analytics currently pass through:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions.
• Cloudflare — provides the cookieless analytics described above.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so information submitted through the contact form is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

You can decline to submit the contact form and instead reach LENZ directly by email or phone (see Contact page). To request that previously submitted inquiry information be deleted, email the address below.
